Hello my friend!
Holy moly can things that trigger us be so hard to deal with at times! But they are also indicators that we need more inner healing in wounded places.
We don't need to run from our feelings, they are there for a reason and can be part of the solution to usher in the healing. But I get it if you want to run from them, I live in feeling-ville at times too and it can be a lot to deal with. Learning to take care of ourselves so we can live from a place of peace and joy take a little practice, so be patient with yourself. :)
