Hi friends!
This is a short episode where I share a recent story of when I was hit by rejection. Rejection and I have a long and complicated relationship, and it's a soft spot in me, that's for sure.
I know so many of us are affected by our history, and I think being aware of our 'soft spots' is half the battle.
